In store Returns policy

We have a 7 day return policy from the date of purchase. All items must be returned within 7 days in an unworn state, with the labels still attached and you must have your original written receipt.

The item (s) can either be exchanged for something of the same value, a higher value (paying any difference in cost) or a credit note will be issued for the item of clothing returned to be used against further purchases at a later date. We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store.

It’s your responsibility to keep your credit note in a safe place as we cannot reissue these if lost.

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchased.

Postal orders purchased online.

Orders purchased via our website, or from one of our lives which is posted out, must be posted back within 7 days of receipt (ie from when the parcel is delivered to you by DPD).

We will notify you once a parcel is received, and you can exchange for another item of the same value (or a higher value, paying any difference in cost), or receive a refund.

We do not refund any postal costs.

Items must be returned in an unworn state, with all tags and labels attached.

We do not accept any returns on Sale/reduced items.
